What is SKTT (Last Resort Supply Tariff)?
SKTT is the cost-based tariff for free consumers without a bilateral contract. Unit price is (PTF + YEKDEM) × KBK and, unlike the national tariff, tracks market cost directly.
What is the 2026 residential SKTT limit?
By EMRA’s 31 Oct 2025 decision, the 2026 yearly SKTT limit for residential subscribers is 4,000 kWh—down from 5,000 kWh.
Does a bilateral contract protect from SKTT?
Yes. Free consumers with a bilateral (retail) contract are not on SKTT; supply continues with the chosen supplier at market prices.
When does SKTT start after exceeding the limit?
Without a bilateral contract, the month the calendar-year limit is exceeded is detected; SKTT starts on the first day of the third month after that. Confirm the exact date with your DSO.
What is the industrial/commercial SKTT limit?
For 2026, industrial and commercial groups keep a 15,000 kWh yearly limit. Agriculture and other groups: 150,000,000 kWh/year.
